These terms are a draft and may change as the service develops.

1. The service

This service lets users post personal votes and comments. The results are not a public opinion poll.

2. Prohibited activity

Do not break the law, violate another person’s rights, share private information, threaten or impersonate others, send spam, manipulate votes, or disrupt the service.

3. Managing posts

The operator may hide or remove posts, or limit posting, when they may break these terms. Notice may not be given first.

4. Your posts

You are responsible for what you post. Make sure you have the rights needed to share it.

5. Rights requests

People whose rights may have been affected, or their authorized representatives, can send a request with the page URL, post ID, and reason.

6. Misuse

Do not use automated tools to cast many votes, bypass vote limits, or disrupt the service. Votes that appear to be abusive may be left out of the results.

7. IP addresses on comments

We store the IP address used to post a comment for 90 days to respond to rights requests, prevent abuse, and handle legal requests. We then delete it. If the law requires us to keep it longer, we will keep only what is required.

8. Changes to the service

The operator may change, pause, or end the service when needed.

9. No guarantee

The operator does not guarantee that user posts are accurate. We will review rights requests and take other steps required by law.
